"Monarch has recently introduced a new vegan menu. They have recognized the shift towards plant-based eating and have adapted accordingly. The food is delicious and affordably priced, allowing diners to sample a variety of dishes. The Brussels sprouts are particularly noteworthy. Their guacamole has an Asian twist, featuring yuzu juice instead of lime and served with wonton chips. The maitake buns are also a hit, and the sesame noodles have just the right amount of heat. I look forward to returning and trying more of the vegan options. The menu consists entirely of vegetables and does not include tofu, seitan, tempeh, or vegan meats. All dishes are cooked to order for freshness. They are currently developing a vegan dessert option as well."
