"I love PF Chang's and this particular location was fantastic! The customer service was amazing, the food was cooked to perfection, and it wasn't as busy as some of their other locations. The parking can be a bit tricky (there's a parking garage behind the shops on Mill), but they validate parking and it's only a short walk away. We ordered chicken fried rice, kung pao dragon roll, kung pao brussel sprouts, and kung pao chicken, and they were all delicious! We especially enjoy spicy food, so this was a perfect meal for us. This restaurant is one of our favorites, so we will definitely be returning to this location soon! Thank you!"

"The food was, again, OUTSTANDING and we ordered extra so that we could take some home for meals on another day. The service was very good, but the entrees came out just a few minutes after our appetizers and I had to TWICE explain to the Food Runners to take them back and keep them warm as we were just starting to enjoy our scrumptious appetizers. Unfortunately, there was a VERY loud woman (a nurse sitting at the booth right behind us and she was complaining LOUDLY to her 3 co-workers about some work experiences that she was not happy about. I glared at her several times and she either didn't care (She was young; probably late 20's. and/or hard of hearing and didn't understand. The others at her table should have said something to her, but they were pretty quiet and think that they were just hoping that she would stop. Not Chang's fault, but if they see this loud woman again, they should seat her in the bar or at an outside table."

"The staff at this restaurant is consistently excellent. The food is generally good, but I was disappointed with the pad Thai with shrimp that I ordered. The shrimp were small and tough, like rubber. Despite this, I would still recommend the dish, but I suggest trying the tofu or chicken instead. The lettuce wraps were delicious as always, and my husband enjoyed his Kung Pao dish."

"The service was very slow, although nobody else was sitting at the bar. This location had NO: hot n acid soup, mango iced tea, dry rubbing ribs, Korean chicken BBQ stir fry or the ability to order only 4 crab bandtons. I have never seen so many “no” before. We were told that the reason was that they were a small market, but some articles would return in February. We only visited AL so that this was no help. Chang’s should be Chang’s, I shouldn’t have to check if a particular location is considered a small market before we drive over an hour to get there. Very disappointed about this visit Changes overall if this is actually a new rule for them."

"3 adults went to lunch on Easter Sunday. we arrived at 1 o'clock. we wanted both to be cleaned. other cabins also had unclear courts. we sat in about 5 minutes, so we had no significant delay. our server arrived in a reasonable time and took first drinks that consisted only of water. the water arrived in time. a glass of wine was requested. it seemed to take a long time, and the person who ordered it thought it was quite warm. we ordered what we had ordered before. calamari came back slowly, was oily and tepid. the main course lasted long until the warm ordering was hardly warm again. Salad packs were crunchy and the filling was good. everyone who helped us was pleasant. it is his credit that the manager was bus table and help serve. the restaurant did not seem excessively busy so that I can only think too little waiting staff was a problem. overall we had a bad experience compared to other pf chang’s. it was East Sunday, but the restaurant was disappointing. we are unlikely to be back."

"we have booked our reservation via open table. when we arrived, the manager said we had no reservation and asked when we called. I told him I used open tables. he then said, “Oh, this is the problem!” “Open table reservations do not go to our system. do not use open table in the future, call me and I will put it in.” our waitress was friendly but very slow to be and refill drinks. we had dinner and they didn't even make the tellers clear before our escapes came. they literally tried to put our deer on our used appetizers. it was ridiculous! we had to ask three times if the dishes were cleaned. all but two of our escapes came out and we sat and waited 15 minutes until the last two came out. at this point all the others were cold from waiting for the last two. overall it was a great disappointment. I would not recommend this place at all."

"PF Chang is clearly not using OpenTable correctly. We made a reservation for 6:45, an open spot according to OpenTable. When we arrived, we were early, 6:40. We checked in and the host said it would be ready closer to 6:45, but they had checked us in. We returned at 6:45 and a second host told us they were preparing the table. At 6:47 or so, the general manager came out and told us that we would have to wait for 30 minutes or so to be seated. As a result, we left."

"I grew up eating Asian cuisine and enjoy the options offered at PF Chang’s. The Chilean Sea Bass is delicious, similar quality to the best Chinese seafood restaurants. The only difference? I can get an entire fish at a Chinese restaurant and just a small portion at PFC. I wish PFC portions were bigger. The noodle dishes should be way bigger or perhaps come in a choice of sizes (individual vs family style)."

"We went for my husbands birthday. The open table reservation was not there when we arrived but thankfully they were not that busy and plugged it in on their end. The server was very kind. There was a delay in getting items but it might have been because they were not expecting so many people coming in later. We haven’t been there in a few years, the remodel was well done!
