"This restaurant is Asian fusion. I guess I went in expecting it to be similar to a place we have at home on South Bend, it was not! The food wasn't very good, it didn't have good sized portions and we were sorely disappointed. Service was nice and they did have bottled water. The only good thing was the service. Drunken noodles and hibachi steak was sub par. The sushi was cut so thin the filling fell out of every piece I picked up. Just wasn't very good and I would not recommend."

"I'm not into BDSM but Thai me Upp! Ever since the Queen and I left Thai Town it's been real scarce quality In these hills. Fraud sauce spots, wack portions, big prices served to boomer gringos that are none the wiser. My spirits were low from all these clown spots. No longer. Opt for the Pad See Ew, Pineapple Curry and Crab Rangoons and feel like you just stepped out the Mariott and hit up a hole in the wall that your tour guide recommended after one wild night in Bangkok. A Sunday ritual. We are obsessed with this spot. Thank you for ending the Thai dry spell and spoiling our taste buds with excellent quality and portions with reasonable prices."

"Was our anniversary and decided to try something different by going to SumoMaya. Definitely was a unique setting from the ambience to the food itself! Service for a Monday night was slow and surprisingly packed but I can understand because of how popular the place is! Would recommend some of their sake cocktails and would definitely reserve ahead of time if you’re trying to beat the wait"

"Malaysian spot with tasty, authentic options. Anthony Bourdain had been here before for the Sarawak laksa, and that’s exactly what I got. The broth was nuanced and immensely flavorful. Note that it does have shrimp. It was so good that even when my dad had some soup go down the wrong pipe, he still kept eating the soup in between coughing. The Malaysian combo came with 2 of each item chicken satay, murtabak (these little potato pastry things), and curry puff pastries (note there’s meat inside). My mom got the Nasi Kerabu with fried chicken and loved it. It came with blue rice, which was pretty cool, and the chicken was well done lightly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. The mango smoothie was a bit icy but I liked how they added a bit of whipped cream and strawberries on top. Credit cards are accepted. Indoor and outdoor dining is available. Two gender neutral bathrooms are available in the back. They do have alcohol; the Mekong whiskey was earthy and my dad enjoyed his neat. It’s good for big groups as well as one on one hangouts, and they do have takeout. Overall, highly recommend grabbing food at this place whenever you’re craving something flavorful."

"First, they were able to accommodate a group of 9 at 6pm without reservation by make shifting a table outside— thanks for saving the day! Like always the food is incredible. Everything marked spicy is definitely pretty spicy, depending on your tolerance, but felt the heat and had to keep eating the coconut rice (which was delicious). Favorites are nasi goreng plate and the green curry. And if you’re not going for spicey, the pad se ew."

"Very good vegetarian dishes, if you're on that boat. Coconut soup is amazing!! Hands down best orange chicken in the valley. Prices reflect quality. While delivered orders are fresh and tasty, food is a notch better when dining in. So....Good. You may be discouraged by the outside appearance of this location, but once you walk in, you'll be pleasantly surprised by the cute rustic styled interior and friendly staff. When you really need good Thai cuisine, please do yourself a favor and look no further."

"beautiful atmosphere. well made decoration. came here before they came down to eleven in the evening. I have an expresso martini (with vanille wodka, suggestion by barkeeper.) I have the early reels and eamamas. the edamame had ranch dust, very tasty. the spring rolls were small enough for a food remover. the bathrooms were clean. only suggestion that the margarita was huge. too big. lined in a pint glass, must be served in a stone glass."

"The food was okay, the interior design is dated and needs to be updated. Worst part that after finishing eating you will be nicely forced to leave the restaurant."

"Best Thai food in Denton and surrounding areas. You have to go to Dallas or Fort Worth to match the food. The red curry fried rice is to die for and cannot be found at other Thai restaurants, but I've tasted at least half their menu and it is all excellent. They also serve beer/wine/sake which is a plus since many Asian restaurants don't serve alcohol at all. Love this place!"
"Husband and I decided to stop here for dinner before our flight. We were a little skeptical based on the three and a half stars Google gave it but decided to give it a whirl anyway. I'm really glad we did because it was one of the better Thai meals I've had. Started with the pork dumplings which had a really good flavor with its Soy Ginger dipping sauce, even though they were a bit on the small side. Also got the chicken Pad Thai which had one of the better sauces I've had. My husband got the panang curry and it's probably one of the best ones we've ever had. Nice good heat but rich flavor. The ambiance and decor was appropriate for the price and style of the restaurant. Our server Toni was super nice. I recommend this place."
