"The employees are consistently rude at this restaurant. It is the closest Jamba Juice to my location so I have visited multiple times. During my last visit, my husband was ordering and the cashier visibly rolled her eyes multiple times, which was quite unprofessional. The first time I went, I asked if they could accommodate removing yogurt from a bowl due to being lactose intolerant and replacing it with a dairy-free milk, but they were unable to fulfill this request. Additionally, they are often low on ingredients, causing them to suggest alternatives for our order. On one occasion, they even suggested replacing an item with something else due to their lack of ingredients. My friends and I also experienced rudeness from the cashier during a visit, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Overall, I will not be returning to this restaurant."
