"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! We were the only 2 customers at 2:30pm !!!! I have patronized this place a few times over the years. The food is good, BUT, the service is horrible. The two waitresses and their attitudes are beyond the retraining threshold. They are not good for business. I asked for lemon for my water, the lemon that was given to me was slimy to the touch a clear indication that it was not properly held when cut. I overlooked that .. then when my order came out it was the wrong order.. I ordered Snapper and was brought salmon. When I politely told the waitress “A” I was brought an incorrect order .. she then spoke in her native language to the waitress that took my order .. I’m presuming she told her she got the order wrong waitress “B” began to speak angrily in her native language. Let’s just say, I didn’t need to clearly understand the words however, their tone and body language spoke volumes to me .. I politely cancelled the redo and asked the waitress A for the check to pay for my appetizers only to be billed gratuity on a party of 2 who did not receive good service .. gratuity should be considered for good service .. with this practice, there is no incentive for the workers to give good service when there is no incentive. I will not be spending my money here anymore."
