"Absolutely FANTASTIC food. As a non vegan (but considering it) I took the family for lunch. In other reviews it mentions the menu being overwhelming and it is, but I see that as a good thing. TONS of choices and the flavors are amazing. The staff is super knowledgable and has great customer service. They are clearly used to first time customers and walking them through all the options. I will say the bill can quickly get pricy so be mindful of the add-ons and up-sell (styles, buns, and sides can get fast if you are not aware) however I would not hold back on them. While we went overboard for our first visit they are affordable if you are mindful. We all had the cheese fries and I have to say it was really impressive cheese sauce. We have had to experiment at home a-lot to get it right and have never found a restaurant that came close until today. It tasted like our home made recipe. My daughter had the Mex bowl that was packed with flavor. I had the chick'n burger and was amazed at the texture and taste. My wife chose the house made veggie burger and while the texture was not a match for the impossible or beyond burger the taste and the fact that it is fresh made easily made up for the subtle difference in texture. All of us really enjoyed the food and left as full as can be. I definitely recommend you go and dive into the menu. Hope you enjoy."

"Being from Canada I am a bit of a tea snob. I am also very introverted and thus place filled both of my needs, fabulous tea and a quiet/laid back atmosphere. Staff is very knowledgeable about tea and a phenomenal selection. Love it and will be back very soon!! Hands down the best tea room I have seen in NC!!!"

"Food was good, service was a disaster, almost comical. They forgot appetizers, never got a drink after asking, 3x. Solution was an offer to get in a drink cup to go. Such a shame, never had this experience at this establishment before!"

"We used Quack's for our wedding cake and desserts and we had THE best experience. Kirsten, the wedding cake consultant, was my favorite vendor that I worked with for our wedding. She is so kind and responsive and came up with creative ways to work with our budget and our servings needs for both the cake and the desserts. Quack's is also the best price you'll find in Austin by FAR for wedding cake. We also really enjoyed the take out wedding cake tasting- we're going to do it just for fun with friends for dessert. You choose the different cake flavors and they give you decent sized pieces to taste along little samples of the frostings to mix and match the flavor profiles, it was very fun. Hire Quacks!!!"

"I can't not say enough about this lovely little place. Excellent, warm and efficient service. Fantastic tea (I had the delicious and restorative Evening Solace herbal). Truly delicious black bean burrito. And, try the goddess bar- it's like a buttery, brown sugar kissed blonde brownie. Magical."

"This restaurant has a great potential....I have been going about once or twice a year to see if the food have improved....unfortunately, it has gotten worse to the point I couldn't eat anything as I tried several different things as we were a party of 14. I will be happy if they don't advertise themselves as cuban food....Its far from it...Not only is not authentic and it tastes awful it looks gross. Its embarrassing."

"First time at Tilley’s. Ordered an afternoon tea to share. We made our selections and they were not correct ordered salmon sandwich got chicken salad. Scones were excellent with clotted cream and strawberry jam. Choices of deserts were disappointing and unimpressive. Overall for the value, not worth it considering you are getting tea made with a tea bag and served on ikea plates and silverware"

"The mushroom truffle dumpling is sooooo good!!! I was 5/10 level hungry so ordered that along w/charred avocado maki roll. And then I couldn’t resist not trying the signature Spicy Mang roll. "Lady did not rush us at counter. Very nice. Ordered with friend cookie cold brew espresso frap egg and cheeses bagel banana loaf and the boss sandwich. Total was 33 dollars. Food tasted moderately good. Cold brew was nice and smooth. So was the frap. Banana loaf was the show stealer. Warm and large piece. Overall, would come back. Nice and quiet setup. Better then McDonald’s or Tim hortons and Starbucks"
