"A friend once said the test of a pizza place is it's pepperoni pizza, because it is the most basic indicator of their ingredients and process. . . Well I add jalapenos, but I still agree and Pat's passes the test : the balance of flavors and textures is great. The crust has texture, it's well cooked and the sauce isn't too sweet. I'll be back, and getting more adventurous next time!"
