"My new favorite coffee spot in Naples, FL. Sit inside, and you feel like you're in a French patisserie, or plenty of room outside. Great coffee and menu. The owners and staff are the friendliest servers I've seen in a long time. They really care about their customers. I will drive out of my way for Coffee Bar, to support a local business rather than going to an impersonal corporate coffee chain! If I could give them 10 stars I would!"

"Certainly if you’re looking for a top-notch server look no further, Jazmine was quite unique offering an adequate experience. The moment I walk in I was struck by a warm greet top off with a great customer service. She definitely was educated on her product and gave a very nice recommendation."

"I am obsessed with the vegan chicken at this restaurant - it's the best I have ever tasted. I also adore the vegan ranch dressing and the vegan honey scab (made with maple syrup instead of honey). Another favorite of mine is the chai latte with lavender and almond milk. I highly recommend this large coffee shop that exceeds expectations. My only suggestion is that they introduce some vegan bakery items in the near future."

"my mother and I just saw a female hired (name started with a m I think) put a stiel in her mouth while they made a drink, then they add the same stiel in the drink she made. stick has been picked up for the members online. probably not the first time it happened, so I won't return to this dieucks."

"I love this location. They are always so friendly to everyone. Even though they are a little short staffed they are always friendly and great to everyone. The line goes by quite quickly. I go there frequently and see how it gets around 3/4pm when the middle school gets out. They all keep very positive even though the middle schoolers come inside to terrorize everyone."

"Starbucks it's always a good place to enjoy your favorite drinks... But this particular location will make you wait in line for ever, Then things could turn ugly when the staff may not greet you in a courteous matter. Most Starbucks Usually have outstanding and charming staff, unfortunately Not the case of this location. Remember... The costumer it's always right...! And if not... Be courteous about it. I think the lady mixing my drinks just had a bad day. But the manager should know about it. Be kind and helpful to your costumers and leave your problems at home. If you want a fast reliable place to order and have and amazing service I strongly suggest to go somewhere else."

"I have reviewed this place before, but I wanted to include an updated review. This Starbucks is on the way to my job, so I usually tried to stop for caffeine (on crazy early morning hours when there is no traffic. I have tried to go away from unless I absolutely need the caffeine boost completely independent of service / outlet itself. but something in me was fucked today for green tea and I am glad that I left because the cashier that was there made a comparison to one of my favorite singers and it made my day. Thank you. Miguel for the nice comment and all there for the fast service. My drink protein packs were great and the cars that were in front of me came and went fast."

"Today I was reminded once more why I generally try to avoid Starbucks all together. The posted opening time at this location is 6AM. I arrived at 6:15 to find the gate mostly closed and the lights off, however two staff members were present and appeared to be setting up for the day. I politely inquired with one of them asking what time the store would be open. The reply that I received was Whenever we open! followed by having the security gate that is in place around the store slammed shut in front of me... Needless to say, I don 't forsee a return trip in my future. Drip brewer at home works just fine...?"

"The only starbucks I ever want! In my opinion, it is much better than the stand alone shops, just because, as the baristas here always talk to you, some even my drinks almost unforgettable. They are so friendly and welcoming, and the drinks are always perfect! I'm coming here almost every day."
