"Jose and his team were absolutely amazing from beginning to end. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. After a tasting at La Slice, we knew immediately that we didn't need to look any further. We tried dishes such as eggplant rollatini, penne alla vodka, chicken francese (one of the best I've ever had), mouthwatering bruschetta, and more. On the wedding day, despite having our own catering staff, Jose and his team noticed they were not performing up to par and took control. They efficiently directed the buffet-style service, staying well past their designated time to ensure everything was perfect. Jose clearly takes pride in the happiness his food brings to others, and we are grateful for his pivotal role in our special day. The food at the wedding was exceptional, with guests raving about it for weeks afterward. The wide variety of options, including pork sliders, spinach and artichoke dip, and various pastas, catered to all dietary restrictions without compromising taste. Jose's attention to detail and commitment to flavor and variety will be remembered as his legacy. We will continue to highly recommend Jose and his team, and are so thankful for the love and effort they put into each and every dish."
