"Made a reservation through open table. Showed up and found out the restaurant wasn’t even open. Couldn’t find another place to eat before the event at TD garden so went without dinner. Tried to book another restaurant through open table, but the restaurant somehow said I attended my reservation even though they weren’t open, so the app wouldn’t let me double book somewhere else. Terrible experience, thanks for that. Update your damn availability."
