"The donuts are meant to die for me, and for me the turns are all...5 stars alone; but the reason for the 3 stars... there was a younger woman working in the night we visited. This was my first time here, my friend and I rounded everything we wanted. I was a little confused about the 1/2 dozen and full dozen deal... something about the Twists not included in the deal.... I didn't know there was a deal I should start with, but he and they were talking about it all the time. I said something like, wait, what's the deal... totally confused. She continued to say good if this is not affordable for you, then you can stay at the lower rows. My friend looked at me so fast, he knows that I absolutely hate terrible customer service. I'd like to think we're both doing good and doing six characters, but maybe we saw her after Bums.... I don't know. The comment was not mentioned. Maybe you need to teach your employees customer service skills. Hands down the best donuts I've ever had. Kudos for it."
