"Been coming here for years. Sad to report that this place has gone downhill. Tried to order a bagel without cheese but the cashier did not enter it correctly. I noticed it after the fact and reported it after about 7 minutes. Waited an additional 17 minutes before I gave up. No biggie but I only get 30 minutes for lunch and had waited 24 minutes so I asked for a refund. Manager, Salvador then hears this and starts making excuses. Tells me it's my fault cause I did not order correctly. I acknowledge that an error was made. I am just not sure it was mine. As I felt I clearly said no cheese. I was more upset by the manager saying it was my fault. I was kind when I asked for my refund and in no way was rude it disrespectful to the cashier. I just needed to get back to work. Salvador then offered to still give me the food. But I said no. He then laughed and told me people are starving on the street And I should take it. But I don't think he understood that I did not want to continue to wait. As I needed to get back to work. Really disappointed in how I was treated. Local businesses need and deserve our support, but they also need to provide good service. You lost a long time customer today."
