"Staff was super kind and respectful! They greeted us really well. I loved the decor and especially the pride decorations that were scattered throughout. A/C felt great in the waiting area. I’m however sad to say i wasn’t a fan of the cereal milk soft serve. $10 for a cup seems a bit steep. I wouldn’t have cared if i had actually enjoyed it but i had to throw it out after only eating half. The taste wasn’t for me personally. Lacked sweetness and had almost a sour taste to it. The toasted marshmallows were the amazing part of the soft serve."

"These desserts are WAY too sweet, sickly sweet, and I love Oreos and regular ice cream. As a customer, I'm really questioning why a place that should pride itself on the quality of its ingredients feels the need to add so much excess sugar? Too much sugar can mask old stale ingredients. The sprinkles are also way too crunchy. The person who runs Milk Bar needs to read the Yelp reviews and reformulate the recipes"

"If there was a minus I would give it. Came all way from UK for my birthday to have a slice of birthday cake was so excited after seeing it on Netflix to find the rudest, most uninterested staff I have ever met. The girl on the counter ignored us for 10 minutes while she stood texting on her phone, she hardly spoke to us, no please, thank you or anything. The guy who made our order made no eye contact didn’t speak and was equally as rude! Failed to give us the order we made and didn’t even indicate that our order was ready.Wouldn’t mind but the actual items were sub-standard and poor probably because they say you can taste good when it’s made with love! Thanks for shattering my impression and really putting a downer on my birthday!"
