"I really enjoy the soup at this restaurant! It comes in a standard cup for $7 and is delicious. The restaurant is consistent with its comforting Italian cuisine and is conveniently located. The portion size of the soup is a bit small, but I still like it. One thing that bothers me is that the owners do not respond to reviews and do not seem to care about customer feedback. Also, they charge for pickup orders, which is uncommon for most places with takeout bags. It would be nice if they offered online ordering to make the process more efficient. Additionally, they do not allow any changes to the menu items, which can be frustrating. Lastly, I wish they would stop wrapping their bread in plastic for environmental reasons. They also removed one of my favorite dishes from the menu, the red pepper linguine with crab in the soup. I agree with other reviews about the pizza, but I hope Figlio takes customer feedback into consideration in the future."
