"Normally I love going to Eatons but tonight was the first time I was turned away. I walked in since I saw the open sign was still lit up. It was ten minutes til 8. They already had everything wrapped up so they said they couldn't make me anything. I understand it being close to 8 but you're still open right? If not put the closed sign up!! Also, please wait to wrap up everything until you're actually closed. I would have loved a cauliflower pizza but being turned away honestly makes me not want to go back."

"We took a group of girls after a long basketball practice to say they were hungry would be an understatement! They wanted all the food! We ordered 3 appetizers, some personal pizzas, a large pizza and some salads. Our table was busting with food. Everything was delicious and our server was friendly. I went to pay at the register and to order the girls a cannoli…shocking they could still eat, Rocco's gave the girls each a free mini cannoli. Super sweet! We will be back."

"Eating was good before. My recent visits were disappointing to say the least, but my recent visit was just my last one. Ordered online with a 30-minute pick-up time when I arrived a few minutes after pick-up time, I was told that it was not ready. So I decided to wait and think it would be just a few minutes. Several cartridges had commanded after my arrival and they got their orders before me. About 20 minutes were past and I realized what happened and asked to be refunded what they assured me, my order would be just another moment. 10 minutes later, I was asked how I wanted to torture the chicken. Shortly after that I received my order and when I came home, I decided to look at the food. It was only 1 middle pizza and 10 wings. The wings were burned and hard and the pizza was regular."

"I can't believe I haven't reviewed one of my most visited places to eat. I have been eating at Mel's before ownership changed and they still maintain great, high, fresh food standards. "Sorry, picked up food they forgot our salads they were kind enough to deliver them in a prompt manor. Down side the foam containers were melted with a hole incl. "I live directly at the block, and this is probably the place we visit most often. we usually order wraps and sandwiches and its fantastic. I went to the other day after and incredibly long layer that is minimum online to order as $15, and I just wanted one sub, so went in and ordered in person. it was just a few minutes waiting until it was finished. the packs are a delicious and a good mix between a healthy, clean taste and a great taste. I personally love the Auberginen-Föta-Wrap, but my man gets the crispy buffalo chicken. it is a great fast and easy meal, and the apps are all good. so glad that we live close."
