"I have been a customer for more than 3 years, every week I ordered lunch delivery and tipped +20% every time. I 've had 2 incidents in which the person who answered was extremely rude, the first time they apologized and sent me a gift. And today again, I called and asked information about the specials and the menu. The person who answered told me that he could not believe I was calling them without knowing what I want, that calling a place not knowing what to order was simply unbelievable, he was rude and even sarcastic. He also mentioned that he could not believe that after so many years I did not know the menu by heart "really, after all this time you do not know??!! ' . I was so surprised that I did not know what to say. It is unfortunate that after such a long time they treated a loyal customer this way.
