"Quartino used to be constantly busy so that is what I expected. Not so much any more and we were there on a Saturday night. They tried to cram us in to a table that no one could sit at, not even my child who is tiny. The people at the next table commented that the hostess had been trying to get people in there the entire time they were there and everyone asked for a different table. There were plenty of open tables and not once were they used while we were there. It made for an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience which is sad because the food is good. It took a while for our server to get our order, but she was great when she finally did get to us."

"I went on a special date with my daughter to this restaurant. We enjoyed the delicious margherita fresca flatbread, which was excellent. The service from the waitress was wonderful, and we had a lovely time overall. The restaurant was clean and had a friendly atmosphere."

"Showed up with a party of 10, easliy accommodating. The food however was the SHOW!!!!! Every dish we ordered was outstanding. Pasta was all cooked to perfection, sauces were flavorful and serves was on point!!!!!"

"I wait editing this review as I notice my friend and I are the only minorities in here. The cashier also admitted that she messed up. I'm so irritated, I'm sitting here now with my friend and we only have one meal.We came in got seats and she went to order our food but when the meals came out there was only the flat bread we got to share and her meal. But my meal isnt here my friend called me when she was placing the order and I heard her place it but she said the girl at a the register was distracted either way my order wasn't placed. They don't give you receipts so you don't know what you paid for. That's one thing but when we sat down and they served us they gave everyone cutlery and didn't give us. We had to ask them for it. We were the only ones who didn't get one. I want to know WHY?!?!?!?.I'm sure the food is good but this experience just annoyed me and when we told one of the waiters he said he could send the order in and we can pay but I'm already too annoyed. Nothing is more annoying than being hungry ordering food and it not getting because the order was never put in. On top of being hungry I'm furious. Conclusion the food was good according to my friend and the flat bread we shared, but the scattered service I can't do it."
