"Took at least 15 minutes to be seated. Hostess was on the phone and I guess no one else was able to assist us. She did however make eye contact to tell us she will assist us once her phone call was completed. The venue wasn’t crowded so I didn’t understand the wait. Once seated the waitress was very helpful in ensuring that we received the special touches on our meal that we requested. We really enjoyed the ambiance and live music at the venue but was turned off and embarrased for the lead singer who went around to each table begging for a tip when each person was already charged an event fee by the venue."
