"I have the Tri_tip salad again and it was very good. we tried the burger with guacamole and it ws also very good. the Clam-Chowder was a little simped in the offer, but also just good. the service, I'll say is poor, the first time and the second time. the server do not come back after they supply the food to ask whether it is to their taste. they don't seem very worried about customer service at all."

"I ordered a gluten free pizza. When it came I took a bite and I had to ask if it was gluten free and the server said it was not and his mistake and took it away and had the correct one made. I received it as everyone else was almost finished eating. When the bill came the pizza was not comp but on there and I had to ask the server if he thought that was correct and he went to his manager and had the charge removed. But if I had not I would have had to pay for my possible exposure to gluten. If I was celiac disease it could have killed me!"

"My husband and I came in and the wait was immediately 30 minutes, which is fine. I get being short staffed, but less than 20 minutes in to our 30 minute wait, a couple came in and were offered a seat at the bar to avoid the 30 minute wait. We were not offered this choice. I really should have read some of the reviews before we came here. If you can go to any of the other restaurants in this area, do."

"We are BJ’s lovers and take every opportunity on the road to stop by. At this particular location, the host staff was not friendly in the slightest and estimated our wait time for an hour less then we ended up having to wait. But once we got to our table, our waitress and the kitchen staff were incredible! Definitely worth the wait after all!"

"I ordered the Enlightened Ahi Tuna Salad and was disappointed to find that it only came with 7 small pieces of tuna. Each piece was about 1 inch by 1.5 inches and maybe 1 cm thick. The salad and dressing were tasty, but I felt that $23 was too high a price to pay for what I received. I left the restaurant feeling overcharged and still hungry."
