"The food is absolutely phenomenal! There?s a lot of very unique items on the menu and the concept of cross-bridge noodles is really cool. Theirs also a lot of very healthy items on the menu. The interior is very nice and pretty. That being said, I cameto this location after trying the Katy location first. I ate at the Katy location every day for a week, but after that I got ahotel closer to the bellaire location so I wanted to come to this location and try it out. The first thing I noticed was thatthe menu wasn?t nearly as descriptive or helpful as the menu in the Katy location?s. There were items on the Katy menu that thisplace did not have. I highly recommend you update your menus, it?s a small investment for an increase of customer satisfaction.Another thing that stood out to me was that our waitress would just sit at a table and was on the phone the entire time. Shenever came to check on us or refill our waters, wasn?t very attentive or very enthusiastic. At the Katy location, service hadbeen phenomenal and they frequently checked on us and my water cup never ran dry. I recommend you fix some of these small butvery important factors, and I hope the next time I come back I can give you guys a full 5 star review!"
