"Puglia's needs to take responsibility for communicating with Open Table. We reserved a table for our anniversary through Open Table and it was confirmed. When we arrived there were tables and chairs stacked up blocking the rear entrance to Puglia's, which is where you go in from the parking lot. We were informed by some people who were working outside that the restaurant was closed for renovation. Very poor business practice for a restaurant not to inform their reservation booking agent that they are closed."
