"Delicious and authentic food, elegant setting, prime location, but? Amiya exceeded my expectations. The food is authentic, pleasantly spicy, high-quality and served in generous amounts. I had the samosa, paneer shilksa and tandoori appetizers. The Hyderabad goat curry, naan basket, and basmati rice for dinner. All were exceptionally good- we couldn?t stop eating even when we were stuffed. Best of all, the bill was much lower than I expected! The restaurant itself is very elegant. The Exchange Place location is right by the water and the views of the Manhattan skyline are the best in NJ. After dinner you will want to grab and ice cream and take a stroll. All-in-all, one of the best dining experiences I?ve had in a while. However, the service is very?slow! And communication from the servers isn?t that great."
