"Did not live up to the expectations or standards. Have previously dined here and had an excellent experience but not the case this time. I understand it was Valentine's weekend but the restaurant was not full and the fact that you had to put a $50 deposit with your reservation would have on thinking the restaurant knew the number of covers for the night. The service was very poor. Very disorganized and no clear direction. The food was okay mostly because by the time it arrived it was warm at best. Don't think I will return as there are many great restaurants in the area. This is disappointing as I have recommended several people to this restaurant."

"Everything was great, the steaks melt in your mouth, server was fantastic as the piano player. The best part is that you can have a nice cozy dinner without someone hurling you. We love LaLa’s."
