"Went with a group of 4 on a Sunday evening, wasn't very crowded. The menu is small with some daily specials listed on a board inside. We tried the lamb pepper soup, meat skewers, fried plantains, and rice akara for appetizers. For mains we ordered the peanut butter soup, ox tail stew, fufu with okra, and jollof rice with beef stew. The akara and plantains were good, but the meat skewers and pepper soup were amazing. The pepper soup is very spicy, but really well seasoned. All of the mains were really well prepared and full of west African spice. The okra tasted good, but I'm just not a fan of the texture of stewed okra (a bit slipperly/slimy). The atmosphere was really relaxed and comfortable, the service was friendly, and generally a fun place to eat. Try the ginger beer if you really like ginger, it was def stronger than ginger beer I've bought from kroger. Will definitely come back"
