"After reading some mixed reviews and being a bit unsure due to it being a holiday (New Year's Day) and the short-staffed situation, we decided to give it a try. To our surprise, we were seated within 5 minutes and our server, Corey H, provided us with excellent service. The food arrived promptly and was of high quality."

"A 3 star rating is by no means a bad thing. To me it's just a pretty average place. There is good food, good atmosphere and good service. We love stopping in because it's a cheaper date night and close to home. The food is pretty standard bar food, but there are some added dinners that are more than bar food. I usually get chicken tenders because what 29 year old doesn't like some good chicken tenders and fries. I'm simple and easy to please. The boyfriend is usually the one who changes it up. This most recent time he got the bourbon street chicken and shrimp. There were no leftovers so I assume he enjoyed it. So I will say again, the 3 star rating is not a bad rating. It's an average rating for an average place."

"great service as always. the host sat at one standing between two others with children, looked out and said we pulled them something where quieter: that was much appreciated. Eat was hot and delicious, make sure that they get their appetizer first line, so that they don't come immediately after they get their appetizer."

"order online for pickup. order on 935 clock for 1020 clock. I don't have to be done at 1013. asked for order by 1025 still ready. I have ordered at 1040. the food was cold when I came home. mission fired for burger. rude and slow service. I usually even tip to pick up. not this time, nice that I didn't do it."

"The food is average what you would expect for an Applebee. The service is really where this location stands – the entire staff was welcoming, smiling and ready to go the extra mile to make it a pleasant experience for us. Our children enjoy ordering their own meals – they can hear hard and take a hot minute to get their order. Our server was very patient and encouraging, which meant much to our 6 years old. He was actually the one who chose this particular Applebee! The shopping center can be a little tricky with the traffic pattern (stop characters in strange places and a lack of them in others), but there is always a lot of parking for Applebee’s. It is also very close to ice shops, target and other beautiful shops. It's great for a nice evening with the family."

"while I had dinner on Thursday night, my daughter started chopping off a chip that was stuck in her throat. I'm jumping to death terrified. the manager anthony observed what was going on and went into action. he ran like a superhero. it meant the world because my heart was on the floor. we could remove the chip and he even gave her ice after eating.? thank you, for setting a manager, the “flege”. Justin is an amazing server. we often dinate and he is our server 9 out of 10 times. he is friendly, fast and the reason why I am helping this situation. Thank you. anthony justin for amazing.?"
