"I’m disappointed to see poor reviews for this place because we have always had a great experience here! This is a fast food sushi/ hibachi restaurant....some of you who left poor ratings need to lower your expectations a bit. You certainly wouldn’t expect McDonalds to serve anything like Bru Burger so I don’t know why people are assuming this place would serve anything on par with an actual hibachi restaurant like Sapporo. Pretty sure most fast food places that you can eat-in at don’t serve plates and silverware either, so take your tears about eating out of a to-go box elsewhere. Talk about entitlement. Let’s be realistic here, folks! The pricing is fair and the food is great! The portions are more than you’d expect and very filling. I’m glad to have this option over McDonald’s any day of the week. My husband, kids and I enjoy it very much! They have great lunch time prices too. The owner is very friendly! She even brought my order out to my car one day when I had all my kids in tow and the baby was crying. Happy to have you in our neighborhood and will definitely keep coming back!"
