Once we got our food, the new york strip steak was cold and unusable. the pork chop was best cooked with medium rare, and the server did not ask which temperature we prefer to cook the pork chop. no one was apologetic or even showed an unce empathy. When the manager came to the table, she said quite a lot: "What do you want us to just come out of the restaurant week and tomorrow is thanksgiving"? they finally gave a discount of some of the escaped. I hate chain restaurants, but I rather have brought my family to an applebee or chili and eaten their food than to bear russells."
