"Ordered a sandwich was told 10 minutes I said great got there in 15 sat in driveway another five no problem I understand. As I paid for the order the clerk flat out asked me how much of a tip would you like to leave... thought that was rude and Way to strong. normally I always tip not in this case."

"The Sandwich was cold and disgusting. I asked for it to be extra toasted, but they didn't even bother to heat it up. Very dissatisfied with the service and the taste. They need better personnel. It's better to go to any other sandwich place out there. I would much rather eat a grilled cheese at home than any sandwich they have to offer. Stay away from any Capriottis!"
