"The worst service I have ever experienced. We ordered a variety of dishes and sides, and were shocked when they gave us a much higher bill than expected. When we questioned them, they said that was the price for cash payment. Despite our hunger, we decided to go ahead with the order. However, they failed to inform us that one of the items was unavailable and substituted it with something inedible for one of our group. When we called to complain, they initially agreed to replace the item, but later reneged on their promise. We requested a refund for the entire meal and asked to speak to a manager, but were told there was no one available. The staff member we spoke to was rude and hung up on us. They also used foul language when taking our order."
