"Food: I’m giving 2 stars only because food is pretty tasty and freshly made. It’s not the best sushi but I would come here again for the food and novelty of revolving sushi.Service: Generally when you eat in stores, it’s very self-service so I don’t have a lot of opinion about service when you eat there. However, their service downgrades SIGNIFICANTLY if you try to place an order online for pick up. I’ve tried to order twice and experienced worse service each time, which is why the 2 stars.Here’s what happened: I placed an order online ready to be picked up at 3:55. I showed up at 4:20 to give them ample amount of time because I felt like they need more lead time based on my last experience. Then they tell me “we don’t have an order with your name”. Then I proceeded to show them my exact receipt for this location and time. Without any apologies, she said she will go check. Then it took her 15 mins just to come back and it had looked like she forgotten I’ve been waiting. So I asked “Is my order still being made?” And she said “let me go check” (Isn’t that what you said you were doing? After that, she came back and said “your order will be ready in another 10-20 mins. They just printed your ticket and started making it.” This has ALREADY been 1 hour after the order is supposed to be ready. While I see many other customers receiving their food placed in stores, they didn’t prioritize making the food that I had been waiting 40 mins for? At the end of the day, there was so apologies nor any acknowledgement of how long I’ve been waiting for a very small amount of sushi (equivalent of 3 plates .I would eat here again in person but be prepared to wait for a long long time if you place your order online. I am writing a review because I think there is something very broken with their online ordering and I hope it gets resolved in the future."
