"I'm not certain if the woman who was working today is new, but there was a large gentleman who usually works in the front. Today, a woman took my order and was very rude to me. I have noticed that when I order the same dish each time, the bowl is usually completely filled. However, this time my bowl was not even halfway filled and when I asked for more toppings, she told me it would cost an extra $1.50. I explained to her that usually the toppings are included in the price and my bowl is filled without any extra charge. She yelled at me and insisted that I was wrong, even though I have been a regular customer and my order has never been incomplete before. After paying, she put my change on the counter rudely instead of handing it to me. I realized that I am a paying customer and should not have to tolerate such treatment, so I returned to the restaurant to ask for a refund and I will not be returning. It seems that prices for the services have been increasing while the basic customer service has been decreasing. I will be taking my business elsewhere."
