"Was going to order a cake for Christmas I've ordered one every year and almost every holiday with a simple design Christmas tree and now their charging a $4 art fee for the something I get every year. No thanks I'll start ordering from somewhere else. Very disappointed and refuse to go back! Manger was rude on the phone and I'll take my business else where. Do not recommend!!"

"really skimpy icing today on the doozies. I order these frequently it looks like half or less of the icing in the sandwich cookie, in comparison to what I receive on a regular basis. However, cookies still soft fresh"
