"This restaurant has the absolute nicest servers working here and my review is about the restaurant overall. No matter how busy they are, I’ve never experienced a rude server here. Unfortunately, for whatever reasons, you will either receive your food late and cold or not at all because you’ll get tired of waiting and leave. No matter the day of the week, whether busy or not, you will have a very difficult time receiving your order in a timely manner from the kitchen. Apparently, this restaurant has a group of owners who never visit nor tend to their investment. If they did, they would be shocked to see how slowly the food leaves their kitchen and how quickly food is returned to the kitchen because it was served cold. I think this restaurant can definitely improve, but the owners need to take responsibility with a more hands-on approach and establish order through consistent leadership. They have the people, but they don’t have the direction. Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair friendly as there are stairs leading up from the entrance to the dining hall."
