"Elf’d is beautiful and goes deep into Christmas decoration, you feel like entering a Christmas movie. It’s magical and the decor is impeccable! I ordered a chicken sandwich that was amazing, and a Christmas drink called Sleigh something that was not good, but last year I had great drinks there so it might be a one time kind of thing. The reason I’m giving 4 stars is not because of the drink I didn’t like but because of our server. We were in a group of five Brazilians, the server had no patience with our pronunciation and at first sight started to treat us bad. At some point she just passed by murmuring “I’m getting another server for the table” but at the end she continued with us. I’m not writing it to make her be fired, but to warn about the staff’s behavior. I don’t know the reasons she treated us bad, I don’t know her day and what’s up with her life, but neither does she about us. We all have problems. We felt unwelcome and walking on egg shells every time we needed help at the table. The other staff were awesome! I’m coming back because I believe one staff doesn’t speak to the whole restaurant, and I need to have the chicken sandwich again."
