"I witnessed a server give a family their food. The guest said the food was cold. The server had every intention to put the plates in the tiny microwave outside of the kitchen, used by hotel guests to warm the food, and fortunately for the restaurant patrons, it was being used. Server was a bit bewildered and finally took the food back to the kitchen. Then server brought it back out on cleanup cart and rolled the cart of hot plates to their table. I was a bit taken back. Shows improper food service training by both the kitchen staff and servers. Used the restroom, tile floor slippery. Which means cleaning staff used the kitchen mop on the restroom floor."

"I went to grab lunch yesterday, and while looking at the menu, an employee sneezed over 3 times by the food bar, all chatting by the food with no mouth coverage; on top of it, when I'm eating my salad, there's a hair."

Something that really grossed me out is seeing a worker knock over about 15 cups onto the ground at the checkout where everyone walks, and she put the dirty contaminated cups right back onto the stack of cups?!??
