"I’ve been holding back on putting a review because this place was always my “go to” for so long. Then, it got sold to a new owner and slowly things changed. A few times the staff laughed at me and refused to help me because I don’t speak Spanish . When I call to make an order, if I don’t speak Spanish they hang up on me. Well, today was my FINAL straw and that sucks because I do adore their food… until now. I will enclose a video. Today, I ordered a burrito with everything in it. I guess they took that literally. I like to cut my burrito in half and add the chips and salsa they give and eat it like a taco bowl. Today was no different. However, as I was digging in and enjoying my food- I stumbled onto something hard. I felt around and it was a damn metal bread tie in the center of my burrito! Are you fan kidding me?! If I ate that, I could have gotten seriously hurt. I now ate something contaminated with metal and plastic. I will be seeking legal help. So damn gross!"
