"Years ago I had a negative experience with this restaurant. The staff were rude and the food was just okay. After revisiting Mitch's, everything has improved. The food is typically great and the staff isn't near as grouchy as before. My only gripe is that the phone is ALWAYS busy so you need to call in your order before the lunch rush."

"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered the Stufy #4 and was disappointed to find that the hamburger patty was undercooked. Additionally, the fries were served cold and the root beer float was deconstructed, with the ice cream served in a separate cup on the side."
