"From the moment you walk into Jar, you know there is something special about this place. Very few restaurants in L.A. have had the lasting power as this one. We greeted by two very professional hosts and then our server. All three were top notch! The food was brilliant. Started w/ a celery purée and little gem Caeser. Killer. Then my wife the had pot roast which was so delicious. I had steak cooked to a perfect MR. The best was the kale in a mushroom jus. Amazing. We just made another reservation to bring some friends.
