"My husband, my son, I have had Papa Murphy's before but the 1st time, we brought it for Sunday dinner with the in-laws the 5 grandkids (my youngest son, 2 stepsons, 2 stepdaughters) my mother-in-law loved the pizza she thought the price for the 2pizzas the size was absolutely amazing. The service at every Papa Murphy's has always been wonderful. The employees have beenvery polite very friendly helpful. The fact that you can buy the pizza made your way take it home to bake yourself witheasy to follow instructions is great. And it helps that you can buy the pizza with Snap benefits is absolutely wonderful!! ????"

"I went with my wife to get a few family pizzas and instead of a hello or one like I can help you, I was uneasy staring and bombarded with questions about my tattoos from these childish employees to the point that I went. I couldn't have a conversation with my wife about what to order because the employees with my little, innocent face tattoo and would stop interrupting it, it hurt where 'd you get it, how much, etc.... No, I don't owe you any explanation about my tattoos, but I'm a certain amount of customer service as Papa-Murphys-Patron. Retraining in customer service would be a great one."

"This morning I called at 11:30 to place my order, but the girl on the phone seemed unhappy. When I arrived at the drive-thru around 11:47 to pick up my order, the same girl was short and borderline rude. I found out she was the only employee working and was very busy, although being busy is not an excuse for poor customer service. I understand the challenges of running a business alone, but it is not safe or sustainable. I am giving this place two stars as a reflection of the poor management in leaving someone to run the business alone. What if she needed medical attention or was robbed? It is not safe or cool. My order was correct and delicious, but I feel sorry for the girl who works there and wouldn't be surprised if she leaves for a better job. Take care of your employees and do not leave them to run the place alone. Let's prioritize their safety and well-being."

"the crew needs a real manager. only a few children and a half with a restless attitude. they have a young man who is very well collected and the reason is why I can't get to this place. "The pizzas usually come out pretty good for a Papa Murphys. The one I just got is great. However, and I mean no disrespect to the managers, its always super chaotic and disorganized. Friday nights are a nightmare. Ive watched half a dozen people walk out while I was there last time. I want to give them 2 stars because of the environment and disorganization, but they are usually really nice and the pizzas come out pretty good. Get the management in order, and smooth out dedicated bar positions, and this could be a 5 star Papa Murphys."
