"My boyfriend and I went to dinner at The Tulip the other night. We've been many times and it is always a wonderful experience. Not pictured, we always start with the Sausage Crostini and keep the side of marinara it comes with to dip your bread in it! I had a salad and the mussels which were in a garlic white wine sauce that I would've drank from the bowl if we weren't in public. My boyfriend had the bone-in pork chop with a Bourbon glaze over smoked gouda grits and green beans. Everything was cooked perfectly and our server was professional and experienced in fine dining. We love it here because the food is as good as any fine dining restaurant but the atmosphere is more like a neighborhood Bistro. Definitely recommend!"

"this food is as groomed as possible. we had the tasting menu that was four courses and everyone was interesting and delicious. my friends noticed how beautiful it was that we could turn around each other without yelling at each other. the waiting staff was efficient and attentive. I think this is one of the top 10 restaurants of seattle."
