"We had a Saturday night 8:30 reservation for 8 for a mixed age birthday dinner. It was busy but not that busy to let us know they would not be ready for us to sit down until close to 9:30. The person I asked to help on the floor was obnoxious and dismissed my inquiry to speak to the host/hostess or manager. The problem that I had was that NOT ONE person had the decency to alert us to the fact that we should get a snack at the bar etc. The grandmother had a cane and we were famished and a bit tired. With that said, thank goodness that the food was delicious and enjoyed by all. I had a cosmo, the mussels appetizer and the Greek salad with a BIG piece of salmon on top that were all fresh, tasty and well priced. I am so thankful that everyone was patient and we all left happy and well nourished. If the staff would have been a bit more attentive to our party that many are in the food industry and tip VERY well, I would've given 5 stars, but staff attitude and attentiveness matters in the service industry-almost as important as the food for some patrons."
