"I recently had a disappointing experience at Frisch's, particularly at the Lebanon and Monroe Mason locations. However, yesterday around 2PM, I had a pleasant surprise. The soup and dessert we ordered from the drive-through were delicious and well-prepared. My mom, who hasn't been feeling well, appreciated the fact that the soup actually had vegetables in it this time. I want to thank the Springboro, OH location for the great meal. The woman with dark hair who handed us our food was polite and I hope she gets a raise for serving exceptionally good food, just like it used to be."
