"I came in to town for a friend, I noticed right away the architecture of the building, rather nice and interesting design. I had option of inside or outdoor dining. I decided with current times to try outside, I was very impressed with the customer service and comfort of sitting outside. It was a enjoyable experience, amazing people watching area. The food was incredible. I have horrible food allergies so I inquired about the Panko chicken strips and if they can make another way for breeding. They were very understanding and made with flour instead. I'm super impressed they were able to accommodate me in such a way. The food portions are decent. The frys are some of the best I've had and I've ate frys all over the country. I'm coming back again for sure. Definitely worth every penny. You won't be sorry."

"I had breakfast. It opened at 7a.m. and close at 3 p.m. We arrived around 8:30, not busy was seated promptly. The waitress was friendly and arrived at our table promptly. The breakfast menu has crepes, omelets, pancakes, breakfast skillets and egg dish options and BISCUITS. Coffee was hot and strong, the way I like it. They do serve lunch, I didn't look at lunch menu. The food arrived quickly and was tasty and hot. I will be going back again."

"Food was fine. But it was obvious our server was the owner. She didn’t care at all about our service. She stood leaning on the booth behind us talking with family for the entire duration of our meal. The only time she spoke to us was after 10 minutes of sitting there and looking around, she asked if we were ready, and “what do you want?” Clearly very annoyed to have us in her section. No one asked us if we needed anything, or told us thanks or hello. The other staff were the owners children and grandchildren. While she sat and talked the whole time, she had her middle school aged grandkids bussing tables and bringing out drinks. Other servers and her kids were more concerned and reminding her to wait her tables."

"It was really really good. I highly recommend this new McKinney choice in restaurants for breakfast and would go back to try lunch sometime. It was my first time eating here and we (4 of us) were pleased all the way around. I am on my diet and trying to make healthier choices and choose off their healthier side menu. The avocado on wheat toast with egg whites and a side of fresh fruit was delicious and I was really surprised by what I choose and in what I really wanted was the buttermilk pancakes with bacon a friend had chosen. Her choice she said was perfect for breakfast and she enjoyed me watching her eat every bite. Again I highly recommend The Starwood Cafe and will return for lunch in the near future."

"I eat here a lot. Today I decided to order/delivery. Usually I don’t like to get food delivered from any where because 90% of the time for me, it’s either wrong, missing something, or smaller portions then the dine-in but the dine-in price. So it’s definitely frustrating.Anyway STARWOOD did NOT disappoint not even a tiny bit! My food came just as if I was dining in. Flavor was there, portion was there. I told my bf I definitely have to leave review because they deserve all the praise!"

"My latte was very smooth. My friend's cappuccino was perfect. I also appreciated the vegetarian options. My sandwich was delicious. Service was very friendly and efficient. I loved the Kunsthaus decor and ambience."
