"I've been driving in Flor's Diner for a couple of years because I've taken my wife and her boyfriend for lunch. It's close to the friend's home and she doesn't have to drive far. The food was great before Covid, but the last 3 times I was there the food I was cot was BAD!. I ordered a hamburger. The patty was shoe leather thin and as hard as a shock puck. Not taste. Forget the rest of the burger. The bungalow was fantastic. Too bad what was in it was not supplied to the disposal. LOL My wife got a Chile Relleno was on the small side and not much taste and where was the cheese. The beans were on the dry side and so was the rice. The Toko's weren't worth the money. I said the last time I was there, I didn't go back. I should have listened to my head instead of the woman. Now for the rest. The music was so loud that I couldn't hear what was said. I could be old, but I have a good hearing. The choice of music would give you a nervous breakdown. I asked twice if it was not. It was turned off a little when I said to hear it for the whole place, but then it went up again. Let's talk about the service. the woman works there all the time and was alone. No big deal. The place was half full, but I could handle it without any problems. I never got any more water and the lady didn't get any refills. The women got cakes and ice cream to split between them and it took 20 minutes to get it. Talk slowly. I know the owners, but they don't remember me. They also own baseline burgers, which was a fantastic place on the day. The best food in the country. Now it is too expensive, dry and in such a bad part of the city I will not go nearby. There are fantastic Mexican places to eat, but not in Redland, Highland, San Bernardino, Loma Linda and Colton. You have to get out of the valley to find any place that has good food. Even the chains here have bad food. I travel all over the country and world. I know good food. They have to close their doors. My burger wasn't a burger. I saw cowpattys that seemed to appreciate more. I'm an old peasant boy."

"Important to know is that the restaurant is only due to COVID-19, so probably best your order in! Second, a story: I was unable to store food from the youngest blizzard. I went out and took some from the local general store in the early morning when they were still miraculously open and the snow was thick. Dinner time rolls around and I wonder about it. I start in the dazzling snow and no one is on the street, but I and snowplows. After I barely made it out of my division and the side street, I came to the main road and it was hope, so I went on. I was dark everywhere. No lights, no open signs, nothing. I drove down the main tug in downtown Kennebunk and see people in The Blue Coffee Shop, so I parked the snow and bravely to check it I soon realized that it was a private event, and they had their closed sign toward the door. Bummer. I think I messed up badly, but I'm gonna keep going and get my car out of the snow and go to Wells. Everything's closed, and despite my best efforts to find something I've got, nothing. Then I look to the left and see Maple leaves the garden, and the open sign is brightly illuminated, and I see the cook inside! I breathed deep through the snow and into the door. I was greeted by the owner who was amazed that someone came and I ordered Chicken Mai Foon. I waited in the lobby for about 5 minutes, my order comes out, and when I turn out to leave, I am well wanted and a safe return to me home. I said thank you for taking this! So I got my food and took back home, and made it all right, even though it was blind everywhere with lots of ice. In short, these people take car from you when you need it in the clutch, and the chicken May Foon was in huge portion and very, very delicious!!! Well done!"
