"We rented out the Mezzanine level for our Rehearsal Dinner, the food was amazing and the location was great! We did run into a host who rudely tried to tell us there wasn’t an elevator even though the father of the bride is in a wheelchair. Even though it was confirmed prior to us booking. Additionally we had a mix up on the contract pricing but it was resolved and refunded. I would give them 4 stars due to the hiccups involved but overall we had a good experience. The mezzanine is super kid friendly with all of the games and Photo Booth. That was a total hit!Wheelchair accessibility: There is an elevator, it just only holds two people and doesn’t go all the way to the rooftop. I’m putting this here so that their employees can learn more about their building and not rudely turn people away claiming they aren’t handicap accessible…."

"If you ask yourself if standing in the long line is worth it: yes. Yes. Also I was a little worried that the coffee quality would be reduced as the crepes seemed to be the main drawing, but I was not disappointed. One of the best Kalita goose transitions I had in a while! The system is really strange, but I understand the need to swing in the middle of the pandemic. I wish there was a sign or something that was clearer for newcomers what to expect."
