"This place is not even a one star I had an awful experience at the Great Steak Surf Squeeze located at 11800 W Broad Street Suite 2116. I live in South Carolina and every time I connect to Virginia My daughter and family patronize this place. My daughter and I went in and placed an order. The lady at the register handed my daughter the tray with our food on it. As soon as the tray was placed in my daughter s hands it flipped and all of our food was on the floor. I spoke to the manager about it but he refused to replace our food. He said that we would have to repay in order to get the food replaced. Terrible customer service. Never again will myself as well as my family will patronize this business again."

"I absolutely love this place! Whenever I'm in the area, I have to stop by and grab some cheese coneys. I remember when they were only 99 cents! While the prices have gone up, I'm just glad the business made it through the pandemic. I'll continue to support them and enjoy their fantastic food!"

"they used to be really good, I love their food but recently it's been really different from what I'm used to and since I know it's been all 2022 now it's 2023. Hopefully it changes I just got my regular Philly cheesesteak. The cheese does not taste the same. I brought Philly cheesesteak fries and they are super dry with no taste on top of that. They were talking all over my food with my food wide open and I told them to go they almost handed my food to someone else. This is the last time I will never come here again. The man at the cash register was really nice. But one thing I will say is this food is definitely trash now. On top of that it was a piece of hair in my food"
