"My family went for fathers day. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, we placed our order. Nothing was said about there being a long wait, but it took 1hr 45min! This should be mentioned when taking orders! The food was alright, but between the long wait, screaming kids (probably hungry), and being told ten minutes repeatedly, it was hard to enjoy the meal. I don 't know how they got so far behind, but common sense would say that if you can 't keep up with walk-in customers, you should probably stop taking internet and phone orders till you catch up... Or at least tell folks at the register that it will be 2hrs, not 'ten minutes '. Several Uber eats drivers came in, and all cancelled their runs cause it was taking so long...Kid-friendliness: The restaurant didn 't have any 'activities ' for kids specifically. No coloring pictures or anything. So when you take a young child, give them nothing to do, and then make the kid wait an hour for food, you end up with a restaurant full of screaming children.Wheelchair accessibility: I have a family member who is in a wheelchair, and maneuvering through the tables was VERY difficult. Probably would 've been easier if it were less busy, but we still had to move tables and chairs to get through. If you are in a wheelchair, I would suggest bringing somebody with you to help out."
