"Horrible customer service, the worst experience here . I ordered a delivery through grubhub and my order was left at the wrong address. This is not the first time that this has happened but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was not the restaurant itself that was the issue. I had called to address this when it occurred in the past and I was told that they could not assist me because the order was placed through a delivery platform so I would have to contact grubhub. So today when it happened again , I did what they had told me to do in the past and contacted grubhub directly about my order. Grubhub told me they would process a cancellation because my order was no where to be found. Minutes after I got off the phone with grubhub I receive a call from Bagel Pub , with a women yelling at me for the cancellation. She was yelling at me saying because of me they weren’t going to get their money, and that I should have called them not grubhub so that they wouldn’t loose money. No matter how much I tried to explain that I did not receive my order and that i was following their instructions she did not care all she cared to say was I was loosing them money. Clearly they do not care about their customer , nor do they have good customer service , or even plain manners. The way she spoke to me was completely disrespectful. This is not the way to handle a business."

"Found Lite Bites on Google while looking for something away from all the overpriced cafes closer to Bedford Ave. We walked over around 8am and were warmly greeted by the woman taking orders. The place was already filling up with customers. We placed our breakfast sandwich orders and sat down. Within five minutes or so the woman brought us our order. We both ordered the veggie omelet sandwich on English muffins. The sandwiches were delicious; they were freshly made and not overly greasy like most places make them. Price wise it was very reasonable and overall a great experience we'll be back soon!"

"A vast selection of international foods freshly prepared to order, a buffet in the back, a juice bar, and a salad bar as well. I couldn't think of anything that they didn't have. I had a pastrami Reuben sandwich which I added jalapeno to at no extra charge. The counter clerk was very accommodating and asked me exactly how I wanted it. Thank You. It was amazing!"

"I tried their everything bagel with roasted garlic jalapeño cc and Greek frappe. The bagel was thick and chewy. Cream cheese was delicious and the scrambled egg was well seasoned. Overall delicious bagel. They have a variety of flavors and other breakfast options. Greek frappe was strong as well."

"Went in for some smoothies at 11pm picked up a cannoli and some snacks everything was what you expected from a bodega as far as smoothies good and the place is super clean and organized the young man on the register is very well mannered and patient nice bodega."

"The offerings may not be fancy, but for some delicious, big portioned breakfast, Deluxe Diner was legit! Give me some giant fluffy pancakes, eggs, a couple of sausage links, a couple of bacon strips, and you will have a happy camper the rest of the day. Add onto that a pineapple smoothie made with REAL pineapple and full food coma for that happy camper is right around the corner. Though I don't live in Newark, if I did, I would hit Deluxe Diner up on the regular for my morning fix fuel."
