"I had an extraordinary dinner experience at Thalassa Restaurant. Chef Ralpheal's appetizers, especially the crispy zucchini eggplant chips with tzatziki and SPANAKOPITA, were delectable. The organic Greek salad and Mediterranean tacos with bronzino were equally delightful. The lightly fried calamari was out of this world.The main course was outstanding with the perfectly cooked RIB EYE STEAK, oven-baked lobster with pasta, and Loup de Mer. The flavors were exceptional.For dessert, the chocolate soufflé and panna cotta with caramelized pear and berries were heavenly.The cocktails by Antonia and the impeccable service by Kimberly made the dining experience even more enjoyable. It was a pleasant surprise when Chef Ralpheal himself came to say hello. Thalassa Restaurant truly exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return for another delightful meal."
