"Two bagels to go. After standing at the pick-up switch for 30 minutes, I went forward to ask for my order. (Our customers who were ordered after my order first received their order) I received my order, which apparently sat there for about 10 minutes. One of my bagels was wrongly prepared, they put Mayo on it when it was easy. (Not a big deal) I even though it was a simple solution. The older lady at the front counter gave me an attitude and said this is the way I ordered it. We looked at the ticket together. It was correct, but it was wrong. I heard she asked to fix it on the fly. 10 MINUTES a later I had another employee when my bagel was made. All in all, it took about 50 minutes to get 2 breakfast bagels. The staff was rude. Will not return."
